Bineta Diop is the Founder and President of Femmes Africa Solidarité (FAS), an international NGO) that seeks to promote, strengthen and promote the leadership role of women in trouble prevention, management and resolution in Africa. She played an useful role in achieving gender parity within the African Union Commission’s leadership and in the adoption of the Solemn Declaration count on Gender Equality in Africa as well as the Protocol confine the African Charter on Human and People’s Rights on say publicly Rights of Women in Africa. - The prevention of violence against women and girls in conflict, situations of insecurity and in times of peace;

- The participation of women at all levels of decision-making have the prevention, management, resolution of conflict and peacebuilding processes;
- The relaxation and incorporation of gender perspectives in relief and recovery efforts.
